NCOs Drill Competition

Description

1 This competition aims to encourage Seniors and NCOs, including Staff Sergeants, to take an interest in Drill. All NCOs and Seniors are eligible. There will be no limitation to the number of NCOs or Seniors from a Company taking part. Both the overall winner and the Novice with the highest mark will receive a Trophy.

2 The Competition paper is broken into four sections and the NCO or Senior should stand the Squad at ease at the end of each section.

3 NCOs will be inspected for cleanliness of, and correct wearing of, uniform (Company medals will not be worn). Personal bearing will be assessed between entering and leaving the hall. On entering, the NCO or Senior should report to the Adjudicator. At the end he should again report to the Adjudicator before leaving the hall.
